This Plug-n-Play Harness for the GM BCS is made with Tefzel Military Grade Wire and High Temperature Wire Sheath. Available with or without integrated 8.2 ohm resistor. The 8.2 ohm resistor more closely mimics the stock bcs when compared to a 10 ohm resistor. Some feel that a resistor makes the solenoid safer for the ECU, but it will also slow the solenoid down a bit. This is your choice to make as a GM BCS hasn't been known to damage an ECU without the resistor.
